Absolutely.
-Exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving item (some exceptions apply).
-All merchandise must be in new, unwashed and unused condition in original, unopened packaging with all tags, instructional brochures and promotional materials still securely attached for an exchange to be issued. GollyGeez Baby reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the merchandise is not in its original condition.
-Shipping charges for exchanges are the customers sole responsibility. We suggest that you use a service that provides tracking/delivery confirmation as GollyGeez Baby cannot be responsible for items not received.
-Items that are being exchanged will incur a shipping fee (some exceptions apply).
-The following items are considered final sale and we cannot accept exchanges unless due to manufacturer defect: Items on sale, clearance items, special orders, personal care products, crib bedding sets, and other items at the discretion of GollyGeez Baby.
